My Machine Has a Problem
Stopped, alarming, failing on and off, or waiting for a part nobody sells any more. Every hour of downtime costs you, so we start with the fault.
Find the Real Problem. Engineer the Right Solution.
When a machine stops, we troubleshoot onsite until we find the root cause, then fix it. When it runs but holds you back, we work out what you need from it next and engineer the change: retrofit, automation, monitoring or a new process. For factories, labs and clinics.
Machine down? Send a photo of the alarm screen and the nameplate. It's the fastest way for us to tell you what we'd check first.

Stopped, alarming, failing on and off, or waiting for a part nobody sells any more. Every hour of downtime costs you, so we start with the fault.
Downtime, waste, bottlenecks, or plans your current equipment can't keep up with. We listen first, then engineer what you actually need.
Fill in the brackets and attach photos of the nameplate, the alarm screen and the panel. With that we can tell you what we'd check first.
What a client asks for and what they need are often different. One asked for a smart meter. What they needed was an alert while the waste was happening. We ask until we know.
How We WorkA failed machine rarely tells you which discipline the fault belongs to. We test across every layer until the evidence points to one cause.
Read Real Fault NotesYou talk to the engineer who diagnoses the problem, and the same team delivers the fix, with drawings and program backups handed over.
Meet the EngineerEvery machine we take on leaves with a way forward. Which one depends on the machine, and on what you need it to do next.
For machines that have stopped
We find the fault and fix it, at component level where that makes sense. You keep the machine your team already knows and avoid the cost of a new one.
For machines whose parts are no longer made
When a spare part is no longer made, we recover the machine with a retrofit: a current controller, drive or board in place of the obsolete one, and everything that still works kept. The obsolescence risk goes. The machine stays.
For machines that run, but not well enough
Get more out of equipment you already own: higher output, lower power use, changes to fit a new process, or live alerts the moment something goes wrong.
If it has power, signals or logic in it, we can trace the fault.

Repair for clinics, beauty centres and home-care users across Penang, for equipment that is not life-support.
Learn MoreEvery major PLC brand, non-life-support equipment for hospitals, clinics, dentists and labs, and machines across industries. You don't need a different supplier for every machine on the floor.
Equipment that is not life-support. We repair and function-test it; calibration certificates are a separate service.
Brand, asset or machine not listed? Send us the nameplate on WhatsApp and we'll tell you straight away whether we can take it on.
Machines and equipment we've brought back to work, and what was actually wrong with them.
All ResultsClient names are kept private. Output figures are as reported by each client's own team.
All ResultsProblem: power, heating and PLC parts no longer made, and ageing controls.
What we did: rebuilt the electrical system, IGBT/SCR power stage, PLC/HMI, temperature control and production logic.
700 → 1,200pieces per day, about 71% more
Problem: no manufacturer support, tight positioning, slow manual loading.
What we did: custom loader with PLC/HMI, servo and a custom switching PCB, with a clean handover of control to the original machine.
+30%throughput. 1,000+ test cycles without a positioning alarm.
Problem: incorrect analog and digital wiring, failed instruments, process control down.
What we did: rebuilt the PLC I/O, RO/EDI/UV instrumentation and control, SCADA, alarms and reports.
Restoredbefore the audit, which the client then passed
One machine, a fixed scope. We inspect it, test what matters, and give you its condition, the risks we see, and a repair, retrofit or replace comparison.
